Prayer :- Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to pass final order on the representations of the 1/4

petitioner dated 08.08.2022 and 29.08.2022 to take appropriate action against the respondents 4 5 and 6 within a time frame fixed by this Court.

The ward member belonging to the Thippireddihalli Village Panchayat has filed this writ petition for a direction to the 1st respondent to take a final decision on the enquiry conducted based on the complaint given by the ward members of the Panchayat against the president of the panchayat.

Mr.C.Selvaraj, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.J.C.Durairaj for 3rd respondent.

The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the 3rd respondent submitted that the 1st respondent had already issued summons and had conducted an enquiry based on the complaint made by the ward members. The learned counsel further submitted that the report has also been received from the 3rd respondent in this regard. Hence, the learned Additional Government Pleader sought for some time to enable the 1st respondent to consider the grievance and proceed further in accordance with law.

In the light of the above submissions, there shall be a direction to the 1st respondent to take a final decision on the enquiry conducted based on the complaint given by the ward members and it goes without saying that the same will be strictly in accordance with law after affording opportunity to all the parties concerned. rka completed by the 1st respondent within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.

This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
