This petition has been filed to relax the bail condition in para no.5(c) imposed in above Crl.O.P.No.31672 of 2024 imposed on the petitioners by order dated 19.12.2024.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.5(c) imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.31672 of 2024 dated 19.12.2024 is relaxed.
