The present miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 205 days in filing this criminal appeal against the judgment dated 15.06.2023 made in S.C.No.69 of 2017 on the file of the learned Sessions Judge, Magalir Neethi Mandram (Fast Track Mahila Court), Villupuram.

2. Mr.A.G.Rajan, learned counsel takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2 and submitted that he has no objection for this petition being allowed.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed.

4. Registry is directed to number the criminal appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the main case for admission.
