This application has been filed by the plaintiff to direct the respondent/defendant to furnish security for the value of Rs.1,04,50,000/- within the time fixed by this Court and in the event of her failure to furnish security as directed by this Court, to order attachment of the petition mentioned property before judgment by the District Munsif Court, Kancheepuram District. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the applicant. There is no representation for the respondent.

3.When the matter came up on 17.06.2016, this Court passed the following order:

"Despite grant of time on several occasions, the learned counsel, who has filed vakalat on behalf of the respondent, has not taken steps either to represent the vakalat or to file counter. In fact, the matter has been adjourned on four occasions, at his request. Even today, there is no representation for the respondent. Post for orders on 20.06.2016." M.M.SUNDRESH, J.

rk 4.Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application and also taking into account the fact that despite several opportunities given by this Court, no interest has been shown by the respondent, this application is allowed by directing the respondent to furnish security to the extent of the suit claim of Rs.1,04,50,000/- within a period of four weeks from today. Post on 18.07.2016.
