ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners herein face accusation for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 498(A), 506(i) r/w. Section 4 of the Women Harassment Act, (in Crime No.Not Known of 2020), on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that C.S.R.No.41 of 2020 is pending.
3. The respondent police has to issue notice under Section 41(A) of Cr.P.C., to the petitioners, to appear before the respondent police and the Investigation Officer has to conduct the enquiry by strictly following the procedures therein. The Investigation Officer is to either register a First Information Report or close the complaint within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If the Investigation Officer has grounds to arrest the petitioners, then he has to state the reasons in writing and communicate to the petitioners and in that case, the petitioners is at liberty to file necessary application before this Court seeking anticipatory bail.
