ORDER

This writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned order dated 21.01.2022 passed by the second respondent and to direct the second respondent to relocate the dispensary construction on any other government land.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents 1 & 2 submitted that due to the objection raised by the petitioner, the respondents have decided to shift the place of construction for the primary health centre to some other place and they are not constructing any primary health centre in the area which was earmarked as OSR land.

3. Recording the above submission, the writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 2/4
