2. Mr.T.Srinivasaraghavan, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this matter has been settled between the parties out of court and hence, he seeks the permission of this Court to withdraw this petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. Recording the above submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this civil revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
