This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.3733 of 2023 on 16.02.2023 to report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing on either side the condition shall modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Investigating Officer on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
