Seeking to permit the petitioner to appear for the certificate verification which was held on 13.08.2018 for the post of P.E.T at Vellore vide Notification no.05 of 2017 dated 26.07.2017 issued by the respondent, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition.

2. When the present Writ Petition is taken up for hearing on 17.03.2023, there was no representation for the petitioner, therefore, the matter was directed to be listed on 03.04.2023 and on 03.04.2023 also there was no representation, hence the case was directed to be listed on 06.04.2023 under the caption 'for dismissal'. Today, viz., on 28.04.2023 also, there was no representation for the petitioner, hence the present writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
