2. The learned counsel for the defendants 9 and 10 undertakes to take the return and represent the same.

3. The first defendant has filed his written statement on 21.11.2013. The other defendants though served have not filed their written statement and consequently they are set ex parte.

4. For filing written statement of defendants 9 and 10, post the matter on 19.11.2020.
