Though the matter has been called twice in the course of the day, learned counsel for the petitioner is absent.

2. However, learned Government Advocate, appearing for the

respondent, has drawn the attention of this Court to the counter affidavit, and submitted, that the petitioner submitted a representation, along with a copy of the order passed by this Court in the writ petition, to the respondent, and it was disposed of on 27.10.2014, and the same was also communicated to the petitioner as well as the respondent concerned.

3. In the light of the abovesaid development, this Contempt Petition is closed. No costs.
