Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioner in his representation dated 10.12.2017 in the light of G.O.Ms.No.216, Finance (Pay Cell) Department, dated 22.3.1993 with all monetary and service benefits.

ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioner in his representation dated 10.12.2017 in the light of G.O.Ms.No.216, Finance (Pay Cell) Department, dated 22.3.1993 with https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

all monetary and service benefits.

2. When the matter is called, the learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. But, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents objecting the said request of the petitioner to withdraw the present writ petition submitted that already, the writ petition filed by the petitioner seeking a similar prayer has already been dismissed by this Court and the Writ Appeal which was filed against the said order has also been dismissed by a Division Bench of this Court.

4. However, this Court, by considering the request of the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition, granted permission and accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
