Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the 2nd respondent in Proceedings having Ref. Na. Ka.No.3230/A1/2016 dated 19.01.2018 and quash the same and consequently, direct the respondents to grant exemption to the petitioner students from the provisions of Act 13/2006 in particular section 3 of Act 13/2006 and permit them to write Part I paper in Hindi.
