[Order of the Court was made by N.KIRUBAKARAN, J.,] When the matter is called today for compliance, as per the order of this Court, Learned Counsel appearing for the Sixth Respondent submits that he is having the key and ready to hand over the same to Mr. R.Prabhakaran, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner.

Recording the submission made by the Learned Counsel appearing for the Sixth Respondent, no further order is required as the order has been complied with. However, it is made clear that this order will not prohibit or bar the First to Third Respondents or any other authority to take action with regard to the building if it has been constructed without any approved plan or deviation in the plan or any unauthorised construction.

Since the Learned Counsel appearing for the Sixth Respondent is going to hand over the key today as stated supra, the Fifth Respondent police is directed to close the FIR registered, based on the Petitioner's complaint.
