(CR.NO.302 OF 2020) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioner for appearing before the respondent police, Nambiyur Police Station, Erode District, every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders by this Honble Court in Crl.M.P.No.8122 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.13614 of 2020 dated 17.12.2020. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. C.S.SARAVANAN, Advocate for the petitioner, and of M/S.KRITIKA KAMAL P. Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.8122 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.13614 of 2020 for the offences punishable under Sections 489A, 489B, 489C of IPC, in Crime No.302 of 2020, while granting bail.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed by this Court is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police once in a month i.e., on 1st working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
