When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.K.Venkata Ramani, the learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents, on instructions would submit that due to agitation by the public, the respondents have no proposal to open a shop in Marampatti Village, Marampatti Road, evolving from NH-66, Uthangarai Taluk, Krishnagiri District. 3.

Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is closed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is also closed.
