This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct to transfer the investigation in Crime No.1/2020 pending on the file of the second respondent to the third respondent or some other agency in the same district.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation in the above case has already been completed and the respondent police are about to file final report. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Heard Mr.H.Rajesh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.M.Mohamed Riyaz, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

Therefore, at this stage, the transfer of investigation cannot be considered. However, the respondents police are directed to file final report in Crime No.1 of 2020 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
