Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioner for reporting before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruchengode on 1st working day of every English Calendar month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders by this Honble court in Crl.MP.No.4344 of 2018 Crl.OP.No.26946/2017 dated 20.03.2018.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.S.SARAVANAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.KRITIKA KAMAL.P. on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.4344 of 2018 in Crl.O.P.No.26946 of 2017 for the offences punishable under Sections 420 and 306 of IPC, in Crime No.753 of 2017, while granting bail. 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed by this Court is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruchengode, as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons.
