This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to condone the delay of 15 days in filing the above Second Appeal before this Court against the Judgment and Decree dated 30.09.2024 made in A.S.No.15 of 2023 on the file of the Subordinate Judge, Pappireddipatti by allowing this petition.
