2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, one of the condition imposed in condition (b) that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 A.M. until further orders vide order in Crl.OP.No.2595 of 2025 dated 04.02.2025 is relaxed to the effect that the petitioner shall appear as and when required.
