ORDER

The petitioner apprehends arrest for the alleged offence under Section 75 of the Juvenile Justice Act read with Section 92 of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016, in Crime No.05 of 2026 on the file of the respondent police seeks anticipatory bail.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent submitted that the Accident Register of the victim, who is aged about 9 years, shows that various injuries were found on the victim. It also appears from the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the investigation is at a preliminary stage.

3. In view of the same, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. 04-03-2026 cda To 1.The Inspector of Police, W-28, All Women Police Station, Ambattur, Chennai.
