The petitioner has undergone Apprentice training. The petitioner pursuant to the notification issued by the respondent submitted an application for appointment to the post of Fitter. The name of the petitioner was not considered presumably on the ground that he was overaged. According to the petitioner, he is eligible for age relaxation on account of his Apprentice training as indicated in the notification dated 02.11.2014. The petitioner submitted a representation 0n 09.01.2015 requesting the respondent to consider his application and appoint him to the post of Fitter taking into account his eligibility.

2. The respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 09.01.2015 on merits and as per.
