This matter is posted today before this Court under the caption 'For Reporting Compliance' at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this Court, while granting interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner till 17.03.2023, imposed a condition to deposit a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lakhs only) on or before 20.02.2023 and the remaining sum of Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lakhs only) to be paid on or before 17.03.2023. He would further submit that the petitioner had deposited the balance amount of Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lakhs Only) on 13.04.2023 before the learned Judicial Magistrate II, Coimbatore.

3. Recording the said submission and considering the fact that the petitioner complied with the condition though belatedly, the interim anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner on 08.02.2023 is made absolute. All other conditions imposed on 08.02.2023 shall remain unaltered.
