The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 31.12.2022 for the alleged offence under Sections 366, 376(D), 323, 506(i) of I.P.C. r/w Sec. 4 of Women Harassment Act in Crime No.186 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, there is no representation on the side of petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
