Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. W.CAMYLES GANDHI, Advocate for the petitioners and of M/S. K.PRABAKAR, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Petition for relaxation of the bail condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.33840 of 2019 dated 18.12.2019.

2. This court, while granting bail to the petitioner, imposed a condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. for until further orders.

3. Heard both sides.

4. The condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.33840 of 2019 dated 18.12.2019 is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required.
