Heard Mr.G.Appavu, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.Kanagasabapathy, learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

2. Aggrieved over the concurrent findings of the courts below for eviction of the tenant in RCOP No.538 of 2006 on the file of X Court of Small Causes Court, Chennai, the tenant has filed the above Civil Revision petition.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel on either side represented that the tenant had vacated the premises and handed over the vacant possession to the respondent-landlord on 8.4.2015. The petitioner and the respondent filed a joint memo of compromise dated 9.4.2015. The petitioner, respondent and their respective counsels have also signed the memorandum of compromise dated 9.4.2015.

4. The memorandum of compromise dated 9.4.2015 is taken on record. Recording the memorandum of compromise, the Civil Revision petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
