When the matter is taken up for hearing today, it is brought to the notice of this Court that in the order dated 20.03.2023 in Crl.M.P.Nos.3918 & 3909 of 2023, inadvertently, it has been typed that " the personal appearance of the petitioners before the trial court in respect of C.C.No.554 of 2023 is dispensed with until further orders " instead of four weeks.

Therefore, para 10 of the above order shall be read as follows:

" 10.In the circumstances of the case, the presence of the petitioner before the Trial Court in respect of C.C.No.554 of 2023 is dispensed with for a period of FOUR WEEKS."

2.Registry is directed to issue fresh order copy to the petitioners, incorporating the above.
