(Order of the Court was made by M.M.Sundresh, J.) The prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be considered, as it lies exclusively within the domain of the Election Commission of India, which is the body constituted for the above said purpose under the Constitution. Admittedly, the election notification has come into force. Therefore, we are not inclined to entertain this public interest litigation, particularly, in view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the respondents that particulars of the candidate are being displayed in the website of the Election Commission. Apart from this, the particulars are being displayed in various government offices also.

2. The writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, WMP.No.13098 of 2016 is closed.
