2. Today, the second son of the original plaintiff has signed it and his identification has also been verified. He agrees to the terms in the memorandum of compromise that had been recorded by this Court on 29.02.2024.

3. As such, the compromise memo reproduced in the order dated 29.02.2024 is modified with the compromise memo, which is signed by the second son of the original plaintiff. The newly signed compromise memo is extracted hereunder:
