ORDER

This writ petition is filed impugning the communication of the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.3538/2013/A2 dated 06.11.2015 and quash the same.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the relief sought for herein has become infructuous, since, the order of eviction is passed and the petitioner is vacated from the subject premises. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

3. Such view of the matter, this writ petition stands dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
