This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.1425 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.31212 of 2024, dated 03.02.2025, that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police once in a week i.e., every Monday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly; and that the investigation is pending.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.1425 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.31212 of 2024, dated 03.02.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on first and third Monday of every month at 10:30 a.m., until further orders. 4.
