M.SATHYANARAYANAN,.J rka Department dated 30.08.2017 came to be issued framing adhoc rules for temporary post of Reader in Prosthodontics, Conservative Dentistry, Oral Surgery, Peridontia, Orthodontia, Oral Medicine and Oral Pathology, which is taken on file and recorded.

In the light of the same, the contempt petition is closed. The petitioner, if so advised, and if it is open to him under law, is at liberty to challenge the said Government Order in accordance with law before the competent Forum.
