ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S. NAGAMUTHU,J.,) The petitioner claims to be the husband of one Mrs.Sajitha. According to him, he divorced his first wife namely Mrs.Jayashree, in the year 1992 and on 08.09.2008, he married Mrs.Sajitha. He further stated that suppressing the said marriage, Mrs.Sajitha arranged to marry someone else, and this was prevented by the petitioner by informing the same to the family members of the proposed bridegroom. Thereafter, in the year 2016, during the month of August, Mrs.Sajitha left his house and started staying in a hostel and was working elsewhere. At that point of time, the petitioner made a police complaint in All women police station on 29.12.2016. The police personnel https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

had advised her to return home. But, again she left the home. 2.With these narration of facts, we are convinced that there is no illegal detention. It appears that there is some matrimonial dispute between the petitioner and his wife, which could be resolved only through Civil Court. Hence, the Habeas Corpus petition is dismissed.
