ORDER

The learned Sessions Judge, Villupuram, while granting bail in Crl.M.P.No.3843 of 2015 dated 06.07.2015, has imposed a condition that the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his deposition a sum of Rs.25,000/- as cash security before the lower Court as well as his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties(one of the surety must be a Government surety) each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, Vanur and on condition that the petitioner shall appear before the Aurovile Police Station daily at 10.00 a.m., and 5.00 p.m., until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that because of the onerous condition, the petitioner was not able to comply with the condition.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate (crl.side).

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed by the learned Sessions Judge, Villupuram in Crl.M.P.No.3843 of 2015 dated 60.07.2015 to the effect that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/- as cash security instead of Rs.25,000/- imposed by the Court below.
