O R D E R

This revision petition is arising out of fair and decreetal order dated 16.02.2016 made in I.A.No.17 of 2016 in O.S.No.75 of 2010 passed by the learned Subordinate Judge, Vaniyambadi, thereby dismissing the petition filed by the petitioner for appointment of the Advocate Commissioner.

The learned counsel appearing for the ninth respondent submitted that the main suit in O.S.No.75 of 2010 on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge, Vaniyambadi, has already been disposed of and therefore nothing survive in this petition.

Recording the above submission, this Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
