The present Civil Revision Petition is laid by the petitioner seeking to dispose of R.L.T.O.P. No.15 of 2021 pending on the file of the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate at Madhavaram, within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.The learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate at Madhavaram is now required to dispose of R.L.T.O.P. No.15 of 2021, within a period of four months from the date of communication of this order, at any rate, not later than September, 2022.
