ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under Sections 294(b) & 332 IPC in Crime No.58 of 2020, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the date of occurrence, when the defacto complainant and a conductor driven a bus, the petitioner and his friends had not taken tickets. While so, there was a quarrel between themselves. Due to the same, the petitioner and his friends slapped the conductor's chin and abused him with filthy language. The conductor was admitted in the hospital. He would further submit that two more cases for the offence under Section 506(ii) IPC have also been registered against the petitioner.

3. Considering the nature of allegation involved in this case and taking note of the fact that the petitioner has been facing frequent similar offence, this Court is not inclined to grant the relief of Anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
