This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in para 7(b) in Crl.O.P.No.3608 of on 28.02.2024.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect that the petitioner shall report before the Inspector of Police, B2 Esplanade Police Station, Chennai, on weekly once of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
