O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking relaxation of the condition imposed on the petitioner in the order dated 05.05.2023 passed in Crl.M.P.No.877 of 2023 by the learned Special Court under the TNPID Act, Coimbatore, wherein the petitioner was directed to report before the said Court on the first working day of every succeeding month at 10.00 A.M., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides and perused the materials placed before this Court.

3. Upon consideration, this Court finds no valid reason to interfere with or modity the condition imposed by the Special Court under the TNPID Act, Coimbatore in Crl.M.P.No.877 of 2023. The condition appears to have been imposed to ensure the presence and cooperation of the petitioner during the course of proceedings.
