The petitioner has come forward with this petition to direct the 1st respondent to transfer the case, in Crime No.158 of 2012 from the file of 2nd Respondent to the 3rd Respondent. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor (Pondicherry) appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.
3. It is seen that the investigation in Crime No.158 of 2012 was completed and final report was filed on 27.05.2013 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Karaikal as 'Un-detected'. The Slip Proceedings were taken by the learned Magistrate on 14.11.2014. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
