ORDER
(delivered by S.MANIKUMAR, J.) Petitioner has sought for a mandamus, directing the 1st respondent herein to consider his representation dated 1.7.2016 seeking for copies of the proceedings dated 3.6.2016 passed under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act.
2. Record of proceedings shows that on 12.7.2016, a Division Bench of this court granted an interim order of status quo, which has been extended on 27.09.2016.
3. On instructions, Mr.N.Sakthivel, learned Government Advocate, representing the respondents 1 and 2, submitted that copy of the proceedings dated 3.6.2016 passed by the Collector under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act, 2002, would have been served on the petitioner, as on today, he has material support. The submissions is placed on record.
4. First respondent, is directed to serve a copy of the proceedings dated 3.6.2016 to the petitioner, within a week from today.
With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected writ miscellaneous petition is closed.
