(Order of the Court was delivered by S.M.Subramaniam J.) The writ of mandamus has been filed to direct the the first respondent to take further action of the complaint against the third respondent herein in C.C. No. 111 of 2023 dated 01.03.2023 on the file of first respondent herein.

2. Learned counsel for the Bar Council Mr.M.R.Jothimanian would submit that a final order has been passed in D.C.No.144 of 2023 on 18.10.2023 imposing punishment.

3. That being the factum, no further orders are required and accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
