This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.860 of 2019 and file final report before the concerned Court within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that already investigation in Crime No.860 of 2019 has been completed and referred the case as mistake of fact and also served referred charge sheet notice to the defacto complainant as RCS.No.26 of 2019. However, the respondent did not file final report before the Judicial Magistrate Court concerned.

3. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, the respondent is directed to file final report in Cr.No.860 of 2019 before the Judicial Magistrate Court concerned within a period of four weeks from the date of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

receipt of copy of this Order.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
