This petition has been filed to relax the condition in Crl.O.P.No.838 of 2025 dated 28.01.2025 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, one of the condition in Crl.O.P.No.838 of 2025 dated 28.01.2025 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10:30 a.m., until further orders is relaxed to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police twice a month viz.,on first and third Monday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.

1. Accordingly, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. 17.03.2025 vca To The Inspector Of Police M3 Puzhal Police Station, Chennai.
