ORDER

The petitioner herein had originally filed M.P.No.891/2007, before the learned V Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai, seeking to punish the respondent for offence under Sections 199, 209 and 211 I.P.C. That petition was dismissed by the trial Court. As against the same, the petitioner filed a petition in C.A.No.127/2008 on the file of the learned VII Additional Sessions Judge, Chennai. That was dismissed by the learned VII Additional Sessions Judge, Chennai by order dated 14.08.2008. Challenging the same, the petitioner has come up with this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. 2.When this matter was taken up for hearing, there was no representation for the petitioner. Heard the learned counsel for the respondent and I have also perused the records carefully. 3.It is represented by the learned counsel for the respondent that the sole respondent is no more.
