While the petitioner was working as Noon Meal Organiser in Kayampattu Village, he was given additional charge of Noon Meal Organiser at Government Boys Higher Secondary School, Chengam. The petitioner submitted a representation on 23.10.2014 requesting the respondents to post him permanently at Boys Higher Secondary School, Chengam on health grounds. Since the said representation was not taken up for consideration, the petitioner has come up with this writ petition.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner contended that during the currency of the present writ petition, the second respondent divested the petitioner of his additional charge and he is now posted as Noon Meal Organiser at Kayampattu. He further submitted that the petitioner wanted transfer to Boys Higher Secondary School, Chengam as the said institution is very near to his residence. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3. The petitioner is given liberty to submit a comprehensive representation to the first respondent indicating his physical disability and the difficulties to work at Kayampattu Village. In case, any such representation is received, the same shall be considered and disposed of by the first respondent, on merits and taking into account the difficulties indicated in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of representation.
4. The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs. Consequently, connected MP is closed.
