JUDGMENT
(Judgment of the Court was pronounced by K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J.) The Writ Appeal has been filed against the order dated 10.07.2018 made in W.P.No.13156 of 2018 by a learned Single Judge.

In the said Writ Petition, the appellant herein has challenged the order of transfer dated 26.5.2018 issued by the 2nd respondent herein. However, the said Writ Petition was dismissed by the learned Single Judge by order dated 10.7.2018. Aggrieved over the same, the Writ Petitioner is before this Court with this Writ Appeal.

The matter is listed today under the caption, ''for admission''.

When the matter is called, Mr.G.Sankaran, the learned Counsel appearing for the appellant would submit that against the order of transfer, the appellant had already preferred an appeal before the 1st respondent on 28.5.2018. Hence, though several grounds have been raised in this Writ Appeal by the appellant, he would be satisfied if a direction is issued to the 1st respondent to dispose of the said appeal. 5.
Mr.P.S.Siva Shanmuga Sundaram, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the 1st respondent would state that the 1st respondent is ready and willing to dispose of the appeal of the petitioner dated 28.5.2018 on merits and in accordance with law.

In the light of the above submissions, the Writ Appeal is disposed of directing the 1st respondent herein, namely, The Additional Chief Secretary/Secretary to Government, Transport Department & Chairman of SETC, Secretariat, Fort St. George, Chennai-9, to consider the appeal of the appellant/writ petitioner dated 28.5.2018 and to dispose of the same, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
