ORDER

Report was called for by this Court from the learned Additional District Munsif, Alandur, and in response to the same, the learned Judge has submitted a report in which it has been stated that I.A.No.664 of 2014 had been closed as early as on 24.10.2016. However, this factum has not been brought to the notice of this Court, when the report was called for. In view of the report, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
