These petitions have been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioners in Crl.A.Nos.519, 566 & 549 of 2021, dated 03.02.2022.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners/appellants.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that, except the period, in which, the petitioners were suffered from Covid-19 pandemic, the petitioners are complying with the condition without any deviation. 4.

The learned counsel for the petitioners had given an undertaking that the petitioners shall attend the court proceedings without fail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that the petitioners are complying with the condition without any deviation, hence, the condition imposed on the petitioners that they shall stay at Coimbatore and to report before the Inspector of Police, Race Course Police Station, is relaxed.
