The petitioner seeks relaxation in the condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 05.07.2023 in Crl.A.No.624 of 2023, that the petitioner shall appear and sign before the Special Investigation Division, CBCID Inspector of Police, Tirunelveli, once in a week i.e. on every Monday at 10.30 am until further orders.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the conditions imposed by this Court have been scrupulously followed by the petitioner herein and he is regularly reporting before the Special Investigation Division, CBCID Inspector of Police, Tirunelveli. However, with regard to the condition imposed by this Court to the effect that the petitioner shall appear and sign before the Special Investigation Division, CBCID Inspector of Police, Tirunelveli once in a week i.e. on every Monday until further orders, the petitioner now seeks for relaxation of the said condition. 3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court on 05.07.2023.

4. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the fact that the petitioner herein is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court, we are inclined to modify the order in the following manner:- "17.(iv) The Appellant shall appear and sign before the Respondent Police on the first working day of every Month at 10.30 a.m.,"
